The privileged location of the Loma del Viento in Las Norias de Daza (El Ejido, Almería), for the cultivation of courgette is favoured by a good temperature in winter thanks to the number sunshine hours throughout the year and the strong winds that allow the elimination of the humidity typical of greenhouse cultivation.

New production techniques and technologies in agriculture, such as the use of biological control in crops for pest control or intelligent irrigation, allow us to obtain a first class product while making sustainable use of natural resources.
